Bandon RFC is continuing its free rugby training sessions for girls this weekend. These free training sessions are designed to introduce girls aged 8-14 to try out this great sport in a relaxed and fun way. Session 2 takes place tomorrow (Saturday, May 16th) in Old Chapel between 10AM and 11AM. The growth in popularity of rugby for girls and women can be seen in the record 30,000 attendance expected this weekend in the Aviva for the Ireland-Scotland 6 Nations' game. So, if girls aged 8-14 are curious about seeing what rugby is all about, come along tomorrow morning to Old Chapel!
