As part of Bandon RFC's continued support of the IRFU's Respect Our Game initiative, we are sharing a range of resources that the IRFU has developed for parents and guardians. These include:
- A short video that features current Irish players requesting that "we respect our young players."
- Guides on Positive Sideline Behaviour, Parent Responsibilities in Age Grade Rugby, Supporting Your Age Grade Player and Top Tips for Talking to Your Age Grade Player.
- A code of conduct for parents.
This weekend, we will be looking to implement Silent Sidelines, which is designed to enable kids make decisions without excessive input from the sidelines.
