Any member wishing to propose any Resolution at the Annual General Meeting shall give notice thereof to the secretary in writing signed by the proposer and seconder not later than Friday 25th September.
Nominations for officers should be submitted to the secretary on or before Friday 25th September using the designated nomination form.
Detail of proposals and nominations will be displayed in the club house and on the club website.
